The Fenrian Series
On Fenria, the majority of men are mariners, but an elite class, the Seaguard, has responsibility water safety. In fullfilling their role, they use implanted communication devices to interface with tele-robotics. Unfortunately, at the time of Summer Solstice, an electronic virus infects the implants, killing almost every member of the Seaguard. The four books of this series recount the response of Fenrians to the Solstice Virus and their attempts to recover from the grievious loss of Seaguard men.

Rulers of the Deep
On the planet Fenria, Seaguard lords rule the oceans. Chester Kazooko, insurance claims adjustor, never wanted to join this elite class. But his uncle died leaving him lordship of his clan's territory, KZ Abyssal Doldrums, a desolate piece of ancestral water with only an occasional jellyfish. Nothing happens there and no one goes there, until Chester sets out to scatter his uncle's ashes, and meets with trouble in the form of Merna Pacheco, salvage ship captain. With the planet on the brink of change, Chester and Merna fight to save the world--the watery part anyway--to find true love, and to turn a profit.

Princess Politkofsky of Fenria
A long lost princess sets out on an expedition to prove her remote planet is worthy of space access. The world, Fenria, a planet of glittering glacier, deep fjords, and vast oceans, has been quarantined as a primitive backwater by the rapacious Federated Space Transit Authority. Fenria is in truth linked by a sophisticated, ocean spanning network of artificial intelligence, a network with a direct interface to the mind of the princess. Will Princess Fenna rule or to be ruled by this network?  And what of the handsome young mariner in love with the royal flagship? This ship, a manifestation of the network, is determined to bring the young couple together for the continuation of their genomes. The threesome must prove themselves and save Fenria from a deadly virus, or the FSTA will destroy the network and leave Fenria and Princess Fenna forever isolated.

Komoko Sound
Pegea Komoko always believed she would marry a handsome Seaguard man, but ill tides have beset her clan. An epidemic killed the elite men of the Seaguard, men responsible for patrolling clan waters. Poachers are now over-fishing Komoko Sound, destroying Clan Komoko's livelihood. Instead of marrying a member of the Seaguard, she becomes Seaguard chief herself, leading her kinswomen against the poachers. When she must choose a husband for the continuation of her clan, the only available men are the poachers, rebels, and rogues she tries to keep out. Pegea has all but given up hope of marrying the one Seaguard man rumored to have survived -- a man reputed to be a deceitful scoundrel.

Comryez Pass
Justin Comryez thinks he's is a fjord. He is a fjord. A network under the water of Comryez Pass sends sensory data to an implant in his brain. He identifies Comryez Pass as himself, his own body. Then an epidemic strikes his planet, killing almost every adult with such an implant.  Justin survives by leaving the planet and, as he perceives it, leaving his own body. Now a young man, he can't establish a relationship with a woman because Comryez Pass still has a hold on his sexuality. In order to love, he must make the journey of a salmon across the vastness of space to his home water and to the woman of his dreams.
